This is the pak editor that I use for Quake 2.  This can come in handy for a lotta of things.  In the older version of Quake 2, you could edit the sounds and skins of all the ctf stuff (the sounds when you capture the flag, or the flags skin) but now i's all packed up in a pak file.  With this program, you can go into the pak files and edit these settings.
